Here is a prayer that can be prayed if you’re experiencing back, shoulder, or neck pain, stiffness, or soreness, inspired by the Holy Spirit that was shared with me about one year ago. Repeat this prayer out loud:
Holy Spirit, in Jesus name, I appropriate by faith the word of God in 1 Peter 5:7 which says, “casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” and I apply that word of God onto my flesh (place hands on the area praying over) and in Jesus name, Lord, I cast all my cares upon you, for you care for me, just as it is written, in Jesus name.
Repeat this as well: Now, in Jesus name, I bind and rebuke all pain, stiffness, soreness in my neck, back, shoulders and command you get out of my body and never return to my body again, in Jesus name.
